Lucky Deck

A fruit machine across your keys.

A classic fruit machine that takes over your whole Stream Deck. The reels are on the upper keys, the buttons along the bottom row, and when the sevens line up, every key joins the show. It is played with play credits only, and it is free.

Play credits only. Nothing in Lucky Deck can be bought, won or cashed out.

Every key has a job

One rule fits every deck. The bottom row is the button panel, as on a real machine: credits, bet, auto, spin. The rows above it are the reel window: each column of keys is a reel. Decks wider than five keys keep five reels in the middle and turn the spare columns into the paytable and lit signs.

The reel keys are buttons too: a tap on any of them spins.

Cherries, bells, BARs and sevens

Ten symbols, the way a fruit machine has always had them. A line pays for a run of one symbol from the left, and a full line pays most. The diamond is wild. Three stars anywhere start ten free spins in which every win is doubled.

When you win, you know

Nothing on the deck is too small to celebrate, and the celebration grows with the win.

A win
The winning symbols get a flickering gold frame and swell with the beat. The rest dim, and your credits count up coin by coin.
A big win
Ten times your bet or more: coins fall across the whole deck, tumbling from key to key.
A near miss
Two sevens down, or two stars: the remaining reels are held back a second, with a pulsing frame, before they land.
The jackpot
A full line of sevens. A white strobe, then a red and gold sunburst turning across every key, JACKPOT walking across the keys a letter at a time, coins raining, bells ringing.
A Stream Deck Neo as a fruit machine: three bells framed in gold on the reels, the panel showing a big win of 420 creditsA Stream Deck MK.2 with five BARs in a row: a mega win, with a sunburst behind the reels and coins falling
A Stream Deck XL in the jackpot show: sevens on the top row, JACKPOT spelled across the keys below, signs flashing

A bank that never runs dry

1,000 credits to start
Five bets, from 10 to 250 a spin. If the bank cannot cover your bet, the bet comes down instead of the spin being refused.
Empty? One tap.
Credits never go below zero. At nothing, the credits key and SPIN turn green, and one tap puts 1,000 back.
Records to beat
Your best bank and your top win in a single spin are kept across restarts and shown on the deck.
Honest odds
The reels are fixed strips and every spin is a fair draw from them. Each deck layout was tuned over three million simulated spins to return about 97% of what is staked.

Auto play, and a show when you are away

Tap AUTO for 10, 25, 50 or endless spins; tap again to stop. Auto stops by itself on a jackpot or an empty bank. Free spins play by themselves. Left alone for a minute, the machine spins for show now and then: those spins stake nothing and pay nothing, and any key takes it back.

On a Neo, the Infobar is the sign

At rest. A ticker of the jackpot and your records.

And it sounds like one

The reels whirr for exactly as long as they turn, each one lands with a click, coins ping while your credits count up, and the jackpot gets a fanfare with bells. Every sound is synthesised for Lucky Deck. One switch in the settings turns it all off.

What it doesn't do
