2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Each time this website is accessed, Cloudflare automatically collects and stores technical access data in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type, referrer URL). This data is processed to ensure stable and secure operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical operation and security of the website). Log data is automatically deleted after a short period, typically within a few days, unless needed for security investigations.

3. Contact Form

Our contact section embeds a Google Forms form (provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). When you fill out and submit the form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message content) is transmitted directly to Google's servers, which may include servers outside the EU/EEA, and is used to process your inquiry. Google's own privacy policy applies to this processing (see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary to respond to your inquiry / pre-contractual measures).

4. Live Chat

This website offers a live chat feature. Messages you send through the chat are stored temporarily in Cloudflare Workers KV storage for up to 7 days to maintain the conversation history, and are forwarded to the site operator via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) so that we can respond to you. The first message in a conversation may also be processed by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI, running the Llama 3.1 model) to generate an automatic initial reply; this processing takes place on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (responding to your inquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication).

5. Course Checkout (Payment Processing)

If you purchase the "AI Mastery Course", checkout is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Stripe processes the payment data required to complete your purchase (e.g. name, payment details, billing information) on its own responsibility as an independent controller. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

6. Retention Periods

We only retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. German commercial and tax law, typically 6–10 years for invoicing-related data). Chat histories are automatically deleted after 7 days. Data submitted via the contact form is retained only as long as needed to process your inquiry.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data, the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). 8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

9. Security Measures

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and access-restricted infrastructure provided by our hosting partner Cloudflare.
