Terms and Conditions

(1) These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the sale of products by Benjamin Philipp (7bp Solutions) (hereinafter referred to as the provider) to you in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the purchaser are rejected.

(3) Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Benjamin Philipp (7bp Solutions). By placing an order, you agree to these sales conditions.

(4) On ebay we offer the sale of the following products: individual and unbranded products manufactured or configured by the sole proprietor.

(1) Contracts on this portal may only be concluded in German.

(2) The offers are addressed exclusively to end customers with a billing and delivery address worldwide. For certain bulky goods items, possible delivery addresses and the place of delivery may be restricted; the restriction is shown in the respective list price.

(3) The purchaser must be at least 18 years old.

(4) The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It only invites the customer to make an offer.

(5) Your order represents an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchaser submits a binding offer when the checkout process is completed and the button "order with obligation to pay" is clicked.

(6) The purchase contract between the provider and the purchaser is only concluded when the provider accepts the offer, either by sending the goods or a shipping confirmation email.

(7) Contracts for quantities larger than household quantities and commercial resale require explicit confirmation by the provider.

(8) We store your order data after the contract is concluded. If you lose your order documents, please contact us by email or phone. We will send you a copy of your order data.

(9) You agree to receive invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be provided by email or in your customer account. We will inform you in the shipping confirmation whether an electronic invoice is available.
